Last year, South Sudan became independent from the north and emerged as the world’s newest nation. For the Sudanese community in Australia, this has had complicated effects. Some want to return, others want to say in Australia. Some are doing well, while others are struggling to find work, or stay in school, or keep their families together. We hear their stories.
